My personal passion includes radio plays of various kinds, from modern 3D production to traditional stories. The development of a suitable sound design is one of my main focuses, but I also consider dialogue editing and processing to be important tasks to give a radio play the appropriate character.

One of the traditional radio plays called Pinnocchio is surely known to most of you. Pinocchio is a children's book character by Italian author Carlo Collodi. You are welcome to listen to a part here and if you like it you can buy it.
King Solomon's Diamonds is a novel written by H. Rider Haggard in 1885 and tells the adventurous journey of the hunter Allan Quatermain in then undiscovered parts of Africa. The radio play can also be auditioned here .
Das 3D Hörspiel “Tripoli” mit Auxited Sounddesign entstand in meiner Zeit an der Hochschule Darmstadt. Im Wintersemester entstanden die Dialogskripte der Filme und die 3D-Audiosoundtracks, im Sommersemester wurden darauf aufbauend Fulldome-Filme geschaffen. Die experimentell erzählten 3D-Audiosoundtracks sollten auch, so die Aufgabenstellung, als autonome Hörspiele funktionieren. Es entstanden drei Stücke in 3D-Audio, die das weltweit bekannte Märchen von Hänsel und Gretel variieren und in die Gegenwart transportieren: Die Stücke, jeweils 4 ½ Minuten lang, tragen die Titel „Tripoli“, „Traffic“ und „The Only Way Out“. Es sind Geschichten von Flucht und Migration, von Entführung, Misshandlung und Ohnmacht. Sie verweisen auf weltweite Probleme wir Armut, Unterdrückung, Gier und ökologische Fehlentwicklungen. Im Juli 2021 erhielten die 3D-Audio-Hörspiele den „Nachwuchspreis Medienkultur“ der Stadt Dieburg. Desweiteren wurden auf Grundlage der 3D Audioproduktion eine Fulldome Filmproduktion daraus entwickelt, welche 2021 in Jena .
